Check with to see if they have any pending internet installs and makw sure of the following: If you have any internet order in process there are a few critical points to cover:1) CALL DISPATCH DAY BEFORE THE INSTALL --> we need to ensure the customers are NOT waiting around for a technician that is NOT coming. 2) TELL THE CUSTOMER TO CHECK THEIR EMAIL --> in come cases NO TECHINNCIAN will be required (e.g. going from Rogers to ACN Rogers). AVOID having the customers wait, they will be advised by EMAIL ONLY 3) The first bill is PRORATED!!! They may be charged up to 2months (depends on billing date) for the first bill... LET THEM KNOW... so they are NOT alarmed... We won't know ahead of time, it depends on when they order. 4) Schedule a time in your calendar to check that they have cancelled their current service after their ACN service is set-up Avoiding any of these can cause great frustration with clients.... PLEASE AVOID THAT
