Tammy: Does anyone know why Vivint does a credit check? A potential customer is asking they said Alarm force didn’t ask them when they became their customer
Jessica: If they want to qualify for the ZERO interest financing of the equipment, Vivint will need to check their credit. If they don’t pass the credit check, the client will have to pay for the equipment upfront. They ask because of the equipment. If they don't pay for it up front, they are financing it... hence a credit check.
