Why does Anovia reccomend that we stay in contact with our customer until the account is activated?
Joel: Not sure if they have a specific reason but you’d want to stay in touch with your customer for the lifetime of that customer to ensure amazing customer service and to retain them as a customer by going above and beyond any customer service they’ve ever received before! If they leave the best, they’d have to settle for less
