Tammy: Question if a gas customer doesn’t verify their service in the time allotted and it purges, are they able resign up again via online or can they call it or is there a waiting period for them to resign?

There will then be a 10 day waiting period before they receive the email from the 3rd party authorization company on behalf of Zoom. P.S make sure they write down the confirmation # and also provide you with that # for follow up! you will need it.
