Mell: Hey Urchins, QUESTION - If an IBO puts in a utility service on their online store, during their first month, but the points dont show up until after theor first month, will they still receive their bonus?! (Qualified /ETT Bonus?!)
Joel: Nope, the points have to show up in the system prior to the end of their 30 days.
If you put through gas on the 28th day, the points won’t show up for 10 days and as such wouldn’t count towards the qualification bonuses
Chantelle: You are right in terms of when it shows up in the system. In terms of what is counted for positions and bonuses, they go by input date.
Meaning on the 29th day, you put in an energy customer, it won't show up until 11 more days (once it's verified on day 10) but after it shows up , the IBO is granted the position and the cheque will be cut BECAUSE it was put in within 30 days.
Some cases you may need to call IBO services, but they WILL honour it.
