I just had a customer who's living in Brantford, been on Rogers for 2 years at the end of the contract she renewed after two days. I called Rogers and asked and she can break her agreement and Rogers said there's no contract even though she was bundled with TV internet and phone so, moved her from Rogers to ACN.
Now yesterday, we learned that Rogers said there is no service available in her area even though she is on Rogers, and after we checked her number online. Rogers is blocking the service transfer to ACN. Has anyone experienced this?
