Jennifer Doyle. Ok first you are never ever allowed to tell a customer that there is savings with gas and electricity. It is one of those things that you will lose your licence. Also I have had the opportunity to work with Elena a lot on gas and energy and it always comes out as a wash....this means once you sit down and work out the numbers they come out very similar and not enough to consider as savings. So your customer has got to be willing to support you knowing the fact that it will work out around the same.
Now as far as electricity the only way you may have a benefit is if your customer is using the majority of their electricity during the day (high peak hours according to regular hydro) like a dry cleaner or a laundrymat or a salon etc.
There are savings on some things but not everything unfortunately...I know that is difficult when they are saying that as general terminology.
