Joel: Some people have been having trouble with Hydro One. Ovi: Yes it's a recurring issue with this particular utility, Xoom is aware of it and we're expecting to have it fixed soon They were enrolled with Xoom with everything going well then the customer shows rejected in the ACN back office Ovi: Xoom says everything is ok on their end the Utility says it's something with Xoom. In the end customer drops off.
Problem was reported and we hope to see a fix in the future. Once customers are rejected there is no fix, a new application must be submitted
