Ovis: To transfer service with no interruptions to there business here is my game plan.
1. Order new internet and home phone bundle ( transfer existing home phone)
2. Order home phone only ( transfer exiting fax number)
3. Once new service is installed then have customer call Rogers to cancel old internet leaving only TV service.
Questions: 1. Does anyone know if there are any special provisions for fax lines?
2. Can we transfer both phone and fax in 1 order and get 1 ACN ATA with 2 lines?
Fatenah: Fax is not "guaranteed" to operate last i spoke to them
Note: From Elliott The agents have been mixed saying Canada we still have fax but not in US. Also, the concern with calling Rogers later is not knowing how much they will up charge for breaking the 3 product bundle. Calling first to inquire casually to ensure there is no contract and clarify cost may be helpful.
